Delivering Business Analytics Via Voice
Hey everybody, Mark Phillips here with SimpliSpoken back again, with the SimpliSpoken on Voice Daily Flash Briefing. And today, I think we’re going to turn our attention to a company, but maybe just an overarching topic that deliver business analytics via voice. And I think that’s kind of an interesting use case, really, which is this idea that, you know, you create a lot of business metrics, analytics. And a lot of the use cases that we see in voice today are kind of focused at the consumer. And that’s an interesting spot. But there are, there are a lot of use cases inside the enterprise that can really offer a lot of value and kind of on the go. So imagine, if your business business owner, and you have a set of metrics that you check regularly, these are kind of key performance indicators. And they’re the things that you need to make sure that you’re on top of your business, and you kind of voice enable that. So there’s a gentleman, Stuart Crane with VoiceMetrics.io that we see out in the voice space contributes to the community quite a bit. And so we like their work. And so they actually surface that the ability to ask for your your business metrics and have that custom analytics, delivered the simple voice command. So that works with a lot of different platforms. And basically, you know, it allows you to integrate with things like Alexa for business or sales force and get maybe get your stuff from QuickBooks Online. So a lot of a lot of different places where you can plug this in. And it’s a software as a service application. So I just think it’s a nice a nice example of voice in the enterprise. And I think we’ll see a lot more of that. And in the future, which is sort of once we’ve trained the population to be smart speaker voice assistant users, why wouldn’t the population want to be able to get their metrics and analytics on the goes, let’s say you’re driving in work, you’re in your car, you’re maybe on the the train in the US or the to then or London, and then you want to get some information on what your business is doing or listen to a voice briefing on the go, then you’ll have the ability to do that. So we think it’s a neat use case and a good company out there voice metrics, guys.
