9 out of 10 Business Decision Makers Investing in Voice

Alright, hey guys, Mark Phillips here with SimpliSpoken back again for another SimpliSpoken on Voice Daily Flash Briefing. And today, I think we’ll turn our attention to a survey that CMO.com owned by Adobe, has just published in which they talk about the fact that business investors are planning for voice applications. I think that’s an interesting, interesting survey. So it’s not a survey about consumers. It’s a survey of business leaders who have the ability to make a decision about making a business investment. And these guys are making investments in voice technology. So nine out of 10 are planning to make significant investments in voice. They are going to try and support multiple voice assistance. So it’s an ecosystem that has multiple platforms. So they want to support multiple voice assistants. And believe it or not, I think probably voice commerce is beginning to kind of hit a momentum phase. For those business leaders surveyed, they said about 45%, almost half of those leaders said voice commerce is the kind of their top objective. And it makes sense that you’d want to be able to use voice to drive business now, we’ll have to the jury is out on whether or not that’s actually going to be realized in the near future or in 2020. But at least we see that it’s a positive read on the market. And the end, the survey actually is encouraging in that at least of that population that CMO.com surveyed. Those guys are really thinking about voice in a big way. So that is great for Voice practitioners and folks that work in the voice space so once again SimpliSpoken on Voice Daily Flash Briefing hop over to the skill store give us good review, it helps increase our listenership and we will talk with you guys again tomorrow. Thanks
