Voice Summit 2019 a Few Notable Speakers
Alright, hey guys Mark Phillips with SimpliSpoken. This is the SimpliSpoken on Voice Daily Flash Briefing. And we’re back again talking a little bit about some of the opportunities at the Voice Summit. So I just want to point out some of the folks that are speaking of there. So you’ve got Dave Isbitski, the, you know, Chief evangelist for Amazon Alexa, he gave a talk last year and it was a good overview of what Amazon’s done in the space. You have Adam Cheyer, which is over there with Samsung team, but again, he and his co-founders worked with Siri, they worked with Viv Labs that was then acquired by Samsung, so they have a really a great, great position to talk about what’s happening with Samsung, what’s happening with Bixby, all the good work that they’re doing there. You’ve got folks from Microsoft, Noelle LaCharite is going to speak there and she is a great energetic speaker who is a huge advocate for the work that is going on in the voice space in general and artificial intelligence and machine learning. And she can certainly bring the Microsoft perspective to the table. And then you have Cathy Pearl, who probably everyone in the voice world knows about. But if you haven’t heard about Cathy Pearl, she works for Google now and she wrote a good book on conversational design. And I think you guys might want to check her out. Another person I’m going to point out is Rachel Batish she’s now with Audioburst but she’s been in the voice world for a pretty good while and she also read a book that was an interesting one and then last, but not least, Brett Kinsella from Voicebot.ai, very well known in the space and a just a great thinker and analyst on what’s going on in the voice world. So I would encourage you guys sign up for voice summit AI and take advantage of the opportunity to hear from these great folks. Okay. All right. We’ll talk again tomorrow.
